This year, Oishii Japan 2015 is paying homage to shochu, which is considered to be one of the national spirits of Japan!

There will be opportunities to learn about shochu and pick up styles of serving and enjoying shochu through workshops and tasting sessions (yay!). For varieties of shochu, we can look foward to seeing alcoholic drinks, sake and fruit liqueur there.

Other than fresh produce, condiments and confectionaries, look forward to meeting chefs and experts in various workshops.
